In 2014 Alumni Office as part of its quick win projects Moi University Alumni Association offered to repair worn out Margaret Thatcher Library Seats with the following objectives.
i) To assist the library repair for use part of worn out seats
ii) To sensitize current and potential alumni to participate in the activities of the vision and mission of the association.
One thousand five hundred and thirty two (1,532) seats were repaired and branded with the Moi University Alumni Association (MUAA) logo.
