The Alumni Annual General Meeting & Networking Dinner will be held at the Simba Auditorium, Kenya Institute of Curriculum Development (KICD), Ngara - Nairobi, on Friday, 16th March 2018 from 4.00 p.m. During the AGM, the members will elect into office officials to serve during the period 2018-2020 as Chairman, Vice Chairman and Treasurer.
Any ordinary member of the Alumni shall be eligible for election to any one of the vacant posts provided one is fully paid up. Interested candidates are advised to collect the nomination papers from the Secretariat or downloaded here. The nomination for the proposed candidate must be filled and signed by fifteen (15) proposers/nominators who must be current ordinary paid-up members who have paid annual subscription fee for the year 2018.
The nomination forms must be returned to the Alumni Secretariat by 9th March 2018, together with a payment of a non-refundable nomination fee of Ksh.20,000/= for Chairman, Ksh. 15,000/= for Vice Chairman and Treasurer. The general elections shall be by secret ballot.

During the AGM and Networking dinner, the Entry fee shall be Ksh. 4000/= which includes for Annual Subscription Ksh. 1000/=, Dinner Ksh. 2000/= and Alumni 2018 project Ksh.1000/=. Our theme for this year is “Rebranding Moi University - A duty for the Alumni”.
