The Vice Chancellor, Moi University and the Alumni Association Executive Board are pleased to invite you to the Alumni Annual General Meeting & Networking Dinner to be held at the Simba Auditorium, Kenya Institute of Curriculum Development (KICD) to be held on Friday, 16th March 2018 from 4.00pm.

During the AGM the members will elect into office MUAA two officials to serve as Chairman and Vice Chairman for the year 2018-2020 as Chairman and Vice Chairman. The revised nomination forms can be downloaded here or can be filled online (click here to fill the nomination form online). To qualify as a nominator, you MUST be a Moi University Alumni Member and have paid your annual subscription fee for the year 2018.

Graduates of Moi University are reminded to pay their annual subscription fees of Ksh. 1000/= as ordinary members. Life members are not required to pay annual subscription.


To register as a Moi University Alumni Member you need to fill the 'Registration Form' available at our office in the Main Campus administration building room 134 or fill the online registration form (click here to fill the registration form online). The registration fee can be paid through Bankers cheque/bank transfer to:
